A Hazelton Father is arrested for driving drunk with his kids in the car.
Tuesday evening, police pulled over 27-year-old Jaret VanPatten on US 50 near Gray Barn Road for speeding and nearly hitting two vehicles.
Officers say he was displaying signs of impairment and smelled of alcohol.
He was taken to the hospital, where officers continued their investigation.
VanPatten is currently in the Knox County Jail and is facing several criminal charges.
