One person has died in an officer-involved shooting Saturday night in Evansville.
The call came into Central Dispatch about 8:30 for a family dispute on East Louisiana Street.
The caller told 911 that the husband and son were going to fight.
Arriving officers learned there was a gun in the house.
An officer says a man pointed a gun toward them and was ordered several times to put it down.
The man was shot by an officer and taken to a hospital, where he later died.
He was identified as 58-year-old Everett Nunn of Evansville.
An autopsy is scheduled for today.
