Bad weather or not, a local non-profit braved cold and rain to make sure that those who are struggling got a free meal.
Young and Established hosted a chili giveaway at their Vann Avenue facility.
They teamed up with a local chef to concoct a massive pot of chili to help warm people up.
They also had cookies and snacks, and activities for everyone to enjoy.
