Three people were airlifted to local hospitals for burns received in a house fire.
Crews responded just after 7:00 a.m. on Saturday to the 16000 block of 136 East in Niagara, Ky.
Officials say that when crews arrived on the scene, there was black smoke coming from the house.
Neighbors helped the occupants across the street away from the house.
Fire officials believe the cause of the fire was an explosion.
The investigation continues.
