A jury was selected and testimony began yesterday for the Evansville father charged in his daughter’s neglect death.
In July of 2024, Alice Bredhold, who was a diabetic, was found dead on her bedroom floor.
Her parents are accused of not helping her maintain her diabetes.
Two other children were removed from the home.
The trial for Ashley Bredhold has been scheduled for February.
Alice’s cause of death was diabetic ketoacidosis.
