There was a structure fire at PBTT Last December, and the Haz-Mat team from a neighboring county was brought in for that one as well.
A broadcast report states that a complaint was filed in October 2023 with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Indiana Labor Board.
OSHA later noted four serious violations.
