The case regarding a Giardia outbreak linked to a Madisonville Restaurant last July is closed.
Of the 131 cases reported, health department officials say 100 of them had a connection with El Tapatio.
Sixteen cases were sporadic or not linked to the restaurant, and 15 cases refused to be interviewed or were lost during follow-up.
The owners of El Tapatio say that the restaurant is safe and that they are committed to customer safety.
Giardia is a microscopic parasite that causes intestinal infections.
