More charges following that out of control town hall meeting with Indiana Lt. Governor Micah Beckwith last week in Warrick County.
Court records show probable cause has been found for Kellie Moore to be charged with battery on a public safety official.
Two people were arrested at the meeting.
Officials later said charges were possible for another person who interfered with one of those arrests and hit the arresting officer.
A warrant has now been issued for Moore’s arrest.
