Residents of the Hidden Hills apartment complex in Madisonville were forced to evacuate after several shots were fired.
It happened around 3:00 Sunday morning.
The shots were coming from the apartment of 28-year-old Roger Blair, who was found naked when police knocked on his door.
Several shell casings and multiple bullet holes in both the floor and ceiling were found inside his residence.
A bullet was located under a couch in an upstairs unit.
Neighbors say this isn’t the first time that Blair has done this.
He is facing charges of wanton endangerment, tampering with evidence, and resisting arrest.
