The first medical cannabis dispensary in Kentucky has been approved, and it’s here in the Tri-State area.
“The Post Dispensary” on North Main Street will open its doors this fall in Beaver Dam.
Governor Andy Beshear says it’s a step forward for Kentuckians with serious medical conditions.
More dispensaries and cultivation locations will soon follow.
Indiana remains a prohibition state surrounded by states with some form of cannabis legalization.
