Gibson County Deputies arrest an Elberfeld woman and charge her with battery.
Saturday afternoon, dispatch received a report of a rolling disturbance on State Road 168 near County Road 550 East.
The reporting party told deputies that they were struck as they jumped out of the vehicle while it was still moving.
54-year-old Trina Gouverneur was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail.
The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.
