The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has returned to Chandler to re-evaluate the mine collapse.
Last March, the collapse caused large cracks across the road and damaged nearby homes.
Around four homes remain unoccupied and may be torn down.
Chandler Planning and Zoning officials say the rest of the neighborhood is finding life as usual.
DNR crews will continue their survey this morning.
