Fire crews in Warrick County were sent to a major fire in Newburgh on Saturday.
Units arriving at the 3100 block of State Road 261 reported the roof of the Warrick Education Center completely involved in flames.
Firefighters also had to deal with wind and lightning from a thunderstorm that blew through about 90 minutes into the battle.
The building was empty thanks to ongoing renovations, so no one was hurt.
The cause of the 2-alarm fire was not immediately determined.
