The Henderson County Public Library (HCPL) is seeking
input from the community as it enters the final two years of its current strategic plan.
This survey aims to collect information that ensures the library continues to meet the
ever evolving needs of Henderson County. The survey, which should take approximately
5-10 minutes to complete, focuses on topics such as the library collection, mobile library,
reading interests, and library programs. Those who include their name and phone number
at the end of the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of three $25 Henderson
Chamber gift cards.
The current strategic plan, launced following a the 2021 Community Survey conducted
during the pandemic, focuses on four key areas: engagement, programming,
communication, and experience. Much has changed since then and HCPL is ready to
gather up-to-date perspectives through this new survey.
“Collaborating with our community is essential for achieving lasting success.” said
Shannon Sandefur, Executive Director of the Henderson County Public Library, “By taking
part in this survey, you are directly helping us shape the future of the library, ensuring that
we can continue to offer relevant and impactful services seven days a week for future
generations.”
The Henderson County Public Library encourages all residents to participate in this survey.
The feedback received will help the library tailor their services and resources for many
years to come. Access this survey by visiting hcpl.org and clicking on the banner image.
