Evansville police responded to an armed robbery in progress call at 12:30 Sunday afternoon at Vann and Conlin Avenues.
A male victim told officers that he and his roommate got into a fight over money.
He said his roommate, 28-year-old Norma Violeta Chacon Tzub, held a knife to his throat while another roommate, 24-year-old Santiago Armando De Los Reys Ramos, kicked his legs repeatedly.
The victim’s phone and wallet were taken.
The roommates were arrested.
