Man Charged After Person Found In Critical Condition Outside Restaurant

One person is in critical condition after he was assaulted outside the El Bracero restaurant in Madisonville.

The victim was found unresponsive and bleeding from the head when first responders arrived.

First aid and CPR were given to the victim before being transported to the hospital.

61-year-old Darin Dublin is accused of the assault.

Authorities say initial reports indicate that a knife was used.

That was found to be untrue.

Dublin is charged with assault in the 1st degree.
