An Evansville banker has agreed to plead guilty to taking money from customer accounts.
Records show Dekoda Clark used unauthorized withdrawals and unauthorized debit card schemes, adding up to over $158,000.
Clark was employed at Regions Bank at the time of the offense.
Clark will plead guilty to a theft charge that has a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
He’ll also have to pay restitution to the bank and forfeit the items bought with stolen money.
Clark is due in federal court next Tuesday.
