Daviess County, Indiana deputies say a school bus driver blew almost three times the legal limit after getting his bus stuck in the mud.
55-year-old Steven Truelove’s blood alcohol content was point-two-two at about 9 a.m. Monday.
38 students and four adults were safely evacuated from the bus, which is owned by Evansville Catholic Church.
It was being used for a field trip for Washington Catholic Schools.
Truelove was jailed for drunk driving.
