An Evansville woman was sentenced to 42 months for breaking into a Posey County business.
Court records show that deputies were dispatched to the burglary of Whackerz during the early morning hours of January 9.
Upon arrival, deputies observed broken glass where forced entry occurred.
Surveillance video footage shows 37-year-old Jessica Guth breaking a window to gain entrance to the building.
She admitted to stealing a computer and golf clubs.
Guth’s charges included burglary, theft, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief.
