Evansville firefighters responded to a blaze at an apartment complex.
The call came in about 8:15 Sunday night, sending crews to the 2500 block of Sterling Drive.
The fire was in the Westcott apartment complex.
No one was home when the fire broke out, but several animals were trapped inside.
At least one dog was rescued, but crews weren’t able to get to all of them.
