The National Weather Service has confirmed that an EF-1 tornado tore through Princeton Thursday evening with little warning.
A total of 8 blocks sustained damage.
The center of the devastation happened near Seminary Road and Oak Street.
A preliminary NWS report shows wind speeds reached up to 105 miles per hour.
The twister’s path was a little over a mile, covering a width of about 125 feet.
Several homes and businesses were either damaged or destroyed.
There were no reports of injuries.
North Gibson Schools will be closed today.
