One of the bouncers charged in the beating of a bar patron has a not guilty plea entered for him.
Sean Shell made his initial court appearance on Thursday.
He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from Chasers.
It was there that he and Johnathan Turner were allegedly caught on video dragging, hitting, and kicking Shane Hendrix.
Turner is due in court on April 22.
Both men are out on bond.
