A Hopkins County woman has been arrested following the death of a child.
Back in September, Madisonville Police were called to assist in a fatal crash on Nebo Road near Manitou.
The crash resulted in the death of a 6-year-old girl and left two others with severe injuries.
The case was presented yesterday to a Hopkins Grand Jury, which returned an indictment for Jessica Settle.
She is facing several charges, including vehicular homicide while under the influence of drugs.
She is being held in the Hopkins County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
