An Evansville couple is facing multiple drug charges.
In January, police received a tip that Montonez Williams was selling meth in the 1400 block of Cumberland Avenue.
During an investigation, a confidential informant would buy drugs from Williams.
On Monday, Williams and his girlfriend, Meredith Hodges-Scarbrough, were arrested during a felony traffic stop.
Marijuana was found during a search of the vehicle along with fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.
More drugs and a gun were found inside the couple’s apartment.
