NWS Confirms Three Tornadoes Touched Down In Tri-State

The National Weather Service confirms at least three tornadoes passed through Southern Indiana.

An EF-1 tornado touched down in Posey County, and another in Darmstadt.

An EF-2 was tracked northeast into Vanderburgh County, crossing Highway 66 into the St. Joseph area.

As of Sunday, 10 tornadoes have been confirmed by the National Weather Service during last week’s severe weather event.
