A charge of attempted murder against an Evansville man has been dropped.
22-Year-Old Jacob Hille has been re-charged with aggravated battery posing a substantial risk of death.
As we reported earlier this week, Hille was allegedly involved in a drive-by shooting last Sunday morning.
A car registered to Hille was observed at the scene on Wyoming Avenue where investigators found a bullet hole in the front door of the victim’s home.
