The Ohio County man charged with the murder of his elderly neighbor was in court yesterday.
23-year-old Aaron Crowe, on his behalf, entered a plea of not guilty.
Crowe was appointed a new attorney during his arraignment due to a conflict of interest.
Last month, 81-year-old June Greenwell was killed in her home.
Crowe is also facing charges of burglary and tampering with evidence.
His next day in court will be on April 1.
