Water Department Shutting Off Taps For Some Jasper Residents

The Jasper Municipal Water Department will be turning off the tap for some customers this afternoon.

It’ll happen at about 2:30 for customers on Mill Street between 13th and 14th Streets.

The work crews will be doing should take about five hours.

Once it’s done and the water is back on, customers may note a discoloration.

If you do, turn on the cold water tap for about 10 minutes.
