Evansville police have found and arrested 23-year-old Victoria Rocca.
She’s charged with domestic battery with a deadly weapon after allegedly stabbing another woman.
The argument happened about 3:30 on Saturday afternoon in the 3800 block of Evergreen Avenue.
Witnesses said Rocca stabbed the victim in the upper arm with a kitchen knife before the victim went next door for help.
The neighbor came out with a rifle and fired a few shots into the ground to scare Rocca’s boyfriend off.
Both fled the scene.
