A bill that would allow Hoosiers over the age of 21 to legally use marijuana has been introduced in the Indiana General Assembly.
House Bill 1630, introduced by Republican State Rep Heath VanNatter of Kokomo, faces an uphill climb in both the Indiana House and Senate.
If the bill passes, Indiana would become the first state in the country to bypass a medical marijuana program and go straight to a regulated, adult-use cannabis market.
