An Evansville man is facing child neglect and drunk driving charges after he crashed into his own house.
Around 1:15 Wednesday morning, dispatchers got a 911 hang-up and could hear a child crying.
When they called back, the woman who answered told them that 30-year-old Zachary Anderson was breaking things and hit the house with a car.
When officers arrived on the scene, they claimed Anderson was uncooperative and appeared to be intoxicated.
The situation started when the woman called Anderson for help after getting a flat tire at a nearby gas station, hoping he would change the tire.
Instead, Anderson walked to the gas station and drove the car with the flat tire, with the woman and child inside.
Videos taken during the ride show the child screaming and her mother trying to calm her down while Anderson can be heard yelling and cursing.
Anderson refused to take any blood alcohol tests.
