It may be the end for some Kentucky smoke and vape shops after a new law went into effect.
As of January 1, shops can only sell products approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
One Owensboro business owner says $120,000 worth of products will be pulled from the shelves and thrown in the trash.
The new law is aimed at tackling teen vaping.
Kentucky ranked 7th nationwide with almost 22 percent of high school students using vaping products.
