Managers of a Posey County restaurant reported that cooking oil had been stolen.
Managers of the Red Wagon in Poseyville reported seeing a tanker truck at the location last week trying to swipe the cooking oil.
A few nights later, the truck came back late and took about $300 worth of cooking oil from the restaurant’s grease pit.
Local authorities will check with other area restaurants to see if any of those have been hit.
