Aurora’s Annual Homeless Memorial Service is this evening at 5:30.
It will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church in downtown Evansville.
Aurora continues to ask that we pay our respects to individuals who have lost their lives while homeless.
This year five people in the Evansville community have died.
The service includes a candle-lighting ceremony, moments of personal reflection, and a time to remember those who are often left behind or forgotten.
Since 1990 175 lives have been lost to homelessness in Evansville.
