Evansville Is Awarded $2.25 Million For Road Improvements

There is good news for Evansville roads.

The city received a grant worth over 2 million dollars from INDOT.

The funds will help the Highway Safety Improvement program reduce traffic fatalities and serious injuries on all public roads.

The grant funds will go toward five separate projects.

Installing radar reporting speed limit signs on Diamond Avenue, Covert Avenue, and Lynch Road is one of the projects.
