Today is Day 8 of Caylin Monroe’s trial.
She’s charged with murder and neglect causing death.
That follows an investigation into the death of her three-month-old baby in February of 2022.
Authorities believe the baby starved to death.
The trial started last week.
At last report, the prosecution was still presenting its case.
That will continue today.
The trial could go into next week.
Jakob Scott is also charged in the case.
He’s scheduled to go to trial next month.
