An Evansville murder suspect is to face trial today.
Zachary Diaz is accused of the shooting death of 32-year-old Derrick Dye Junior.
It happened in February of this year in front of the Ponytail Lounge on Columbia Street.
Security video shows Diaz and Dye wrestling before the shooting occurred.
Diaz left the location after the shooting but was located by flock cameras.
