A Chandler man is accused of slashing his girlfriend with a box cutter.
The victim was taken to the ER with a laceration to her upper arm.
She told police that 53-year-old Glenn Wineinger cut her after he thought she was leaving.
When he realized what he did he told the victim’s friend to take her to the hospital.
He is charged with domestic battery with a deadly weapon.
