A woman charged with domestic battery using a deadly weapon will serve no more time in jail.
Tamatha Lant pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic battery in court on Wednesday.
In May Vanderburgh County Deputies were dispatched to Emma Drive.
The victim, Kenneth Myers told deputies that Lant attacked him with a kitchen knife after going through his phone.
Myers was stabbed in the thigh and received a cut on his thumb.
