Last week Indiana State Police arrested a man on charges of rape and incest.
During an investigation, information was obtained on 42-year-old Joel Stoltzfus.
He allegedly committed the sexual abuse in Christian County, Kentucky on at least two occasions between 2005 and 2008.
The victim was a child when the crimes occurred.
He is awaiting extradition back to Christian County.
