A former Evansville parks director serving a sentence for misappropriating funds and counterfeiting may have to cough up some big bucks for damages.
Last year, Brian Holz was found guilty of submitting counterfeit invoices involving more than $13 million.
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s office has filed a complaint to get some of that money back.
The complaint asks Holz be ordered to pay one-and-a-half million dollars in damages.
