A 55-year-old man is facing several charges including indecent exposure.
Around 4:00 Friday morning officers responded to an apartment complex on W. Franklin Street for a man who was allegedly exposing himself.
When officers arrived they found William Thomas sleeping on a table with his pants pulled down and his groin area exposed.
Thomas had two active warrants and was in possession of three bags of meth.
He is in the Vanderburgh County jail without bond.
