Evansville Police arrest a burglary suspect they caught red-handed.
Officers were called to the Trane sales office on Sycamore Street by an intruder alarm, at about 9:30 pm Wednesday.
An arriving unit spotted a door unlocked.
A security check inside produced 45-year-old Billy Joe Lawson.
A search located several items on his person that belonged to the business.
Lawson was given room and board in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
