Vanderburgh County Deputies were called to the Marathon Gas Station on Highway 41 North over the weekend.
36-year-old David Hamilton was found naked and passed out behind the wheel.
Deputies saw multiple syringes inside the vehicle in plain view.
A stolen CenterPoint digital meter worth $750 was found behind Hamilton’s driver’s seat.
Also found was a piece of paper issued out of the State of Georgia with David’s picture identifying him as Seth Tyler Pruitt.
Hamilton is locked up in the Vanderburgh County Jail on numerous charges.
