A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Tuesday for the new Promise Home.
The facility is a permanent supportive housing project that will end homelessness for 27-plus individuals.
There will be on-site case management available.
Also laundry facilities and a community space for educational opportunities.
This project marks the sixth permanent supportive housing program for ECHO.
The new facility is located on Read Street in Evansville.
