A former Evansville assisted living worker stands accused of stealing medications meant for patients.
25-year-old Myah Samples is charged with prescription fraud and possession of a controlled substance.
Samples was a Qualified Medication Aid at Heritage Center before being fired in 2022.
Another employee noticed 30 Percocet pills missing as was the page in the log where the meds would have been documented.
Samples was arrested Tuesday morning and released on bond.
