Former Evansville chief of police, Billy Bolin, is set to become Henderson’s top cop at a ceremony this afternoon.
Bolin, who was Evansville’s police chief for 12 years, will be sworn in before the Board of Commissioners during today’s meeting at 3:00 pm.
Bolin retired from the Evansville police department in January.
