A woman claims she was raped and possibly drugged on July 4th.
The victim was found behind a trailer near Marina Pointe by Good Samaritans.
21-year-old Douglas Thomas allegedly told them the woman was behind the trailer and he had just had sex with her.
The woman was taken home and then to the hospital.
She told police that she told Thomas to stop and had to push him off of her several times.
He was booked and charged with rape and has since been released.
