There have been two arrests in the Newburgh shooting that happened on Monday.
The victim Mario Fields Jr. says he won around $5700 while at the casino in French Lick.
Fields then drove to Newburgh to drop off Jazmyn Liebhart and her child at an apartment on JoEllen Lane.
Austin Morgan, Jazmyn’s boyfriend was at the residence.
As Fields his girlfriend and their child were walking to their car a dark gray Impala pulled in behind them.
A masked man, later identified as Khalid Moore approached him and asked him to hand over the casino winnings.
Morgan eventually confessed that he and Moore had planned the robbery.
