A former Warrick County Commissioner is standing up against criminal charges filed against him last month.
Interim Health Administrator Marlin Weisheit was accused of official misconduct and conversion.
Monday, Weisheit’s attorney filed a motion to have the charges dropped and an apology to Weisheit for his humiliation.
